Does it read your group chat?
No. Ghost Tenant never has access to your house's own WhatsApp group — it only ever messages each person privately, one-to-one, and never posts into a group on its own.
Will my flatmates see what I actually typed?
No — it never quotes your original message or says who raised it. Only the calm, rewritten version you choose to send yourself, from your own number.
Can I actually cancel any time?
Yes — no lock-in, no retention calls. Cancel whenever you like and you keep full access through whatever billing period you've already paid for.
Can we change plan or house size later?
Yes — switch Basic and Full any time by texting UPGRADE or DOWNGRADE, no re-signup needed. And house size isn't something you pick once: add or remove flatmates and your house automatically moves between the standard and Large House rate to match, taking effect from your next bill.
What happens to my data if I leave?
